If you're not completely happy with your StratumFit™, you have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange — no questions asked.
How to start a return
Email us at contactstratum953@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24 hours with simple instructions.
Conditions
- Items should be returned in clean, resaleable condition with any original packaging.
- We offer free returns and exchanges on UK orders.
- Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We'll exchange it free of charge — just let us know when you contact us.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 working days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us at contactstratum953@gmail.com.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll put it right immediately.
